Exhibit Space Rates:

Rates are in Canadian dollars, exclusive of GST
Standard exhibit booth size is 10' x 10' = 100 sq.ft. Various sizes and configurations can be accommodated.

Single 10x10 Feet In-Line Booth

$19.75 per sq.ft.
(10x10 feet or 100 square feet booth = $1975) 

BAC Members pay only $17.75 per sq.ft.
(10x10 feet booth or 100 square feet booth = $1775) 

Corner Premium (exposure on 2 sides)

$250 additional

Exhibit Space Rates Include:

  • 2 day exhibition / trade show
  • Draped booth - 8 ft high x 10 ft wide back wall, 3 ft high railing drape to aisle ( For in-line booths only)
  • Materials handling from loading docks to booth (uncrating, assembly & spotting available at additional charge)
  • Building perimeter (entrance/exit) security coverage
  • 5 exhibitor badges per 100 sq.ft. (up to a maximum of 25 badges)
  • Company name pre-promotion in Attendee materials (if contracted by printing deadlines) and on BAC's web-site (hot link to company web-site available at additional cost)
  • Company listing in Official Program Guide published by Bakers Journal (if contracted by printing deadline or in On-Site Addendum (if contracted after Official program Guide printing deadline )

BAC Members enjoy the following:

  • $200 discount before taxes on every 100 square feet of exhibit space
  • Discount on hot link to company web-site (a $50 value)
