Maintenance Technician

Working safely using proper PPE equipment
Communication with other departments
Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems
Delegate tasks to crew utilizing their respective skills
Ability to monitor building and facility operations, and implement preventive maintenance schedules
Refrigeration. Willingness to understand standard refrigeration systems, ability to use hand and power tools to perform standard repairs (i.e. filters, motors, fans and belts)
Electrical. Ability to assist with maintaining, altering and repairing electrical equipment.
Fabricating. Ability to perform welding and soldering as needed in the repair, altering or replacement of equipment
Ability to comprehend technical manuals and schematics
Respond to daily equipment trouble, troubleshoot and repair
Adhere to food safety guidelines HACCP and BRC
