Richmond, Va. – AMF Bakery Systems’ APEX Mini Combo BDR Bread and Bun System by AMF Flex, an AMF Bakery Systems brand, has been awarded the “Innovation for Growth” award at Bakery China 2024.
This year, Bakery China brought together 2,200 exhibitors to showcase the latest international baking solutions.
Produced at AMF’s manufacturing facility in Tianjin, China, the Mini Combo BDR System provides a bread and bun production solution for bakeries in emerging consumer markets looking to move from manual to semi-automated operations, AMF said in a news release. This combination line is designed to ensure maximum profitability with simple operation, reduced waste and efficient product changeover. The Mini Combo BDR is also suitable for product development and has been deployed to multiple customer test facilities requiring a compact production solution for new product development.
