Chicago – The Rademaker Experience Center opened its doors on June 14 in Elk Grove Village, Ill.
Strategically located near the Chicago O’Hare International Airport for convenience, the facility will house multiple Radini production lines for bread products, laminated dough, pastries and croissants. In addition to these production lines, they provide equipment, including mixers, ovens, a proofer and freezers, allowing for end-to-end product testing in order to accurately simulate a bakery’s production process.
At the centre, dough technologists will assist bakeries with product testing and provide demonstrations of Rademaker production lines. The facility will host other Rademaker services, including System Integration.
